Mindy Bish made the best decision of her life when she decided to attend law school in her thirties. She has been practicing law since being licensed in 1993, and specifically been fighting for injured people since 1995.

Stacey Cutting is an associate at Bish & Cutting, APC, dedicated to helping clients to recover from their catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Stacey attended law school at the University of La Verne, and graduated at the top of her class.

Tim has a unique perspective due to his previous experience as a defense attorney, which he uses as Bish & Cutting, APC to fight for injured Plaintiffs. He is currently engaged with the Keenan Trial Institute, where he is learning more and more about how to fight for those who have been injured at the hands of others.

Devin has been with the firm since 2016 and has been a licensed attorney since 2021.  Devin has only ever represented injured persons and has strongly held beliefs that persons who are injured as a result of the negligence of another should be fairly and adequately compensated for their injuries.
